The 2018 Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival, China (GZDOC 2018) will be held in Guangzhou Library from 10th December to 13th December. The online registration system is open now. Please read the following Registration Instruction before signing up.

 Festival Delegate 

You can apply for a Festival Delegate Pass if you want to participate in the screening, forum, workshop, One-to-One Meeting hosted by GZDOC and attend the pitching session and the International Producer Day.

Privileges

（1）Having the right to participate in GZDOC 2018 activities. (see Privileges Summary) 

（2）Your contact information will be included in the GZDOC 2018 Festival Catalogue if you register and pay fees before 11th November.

（3）Having access to make an appointment with decision makers in One-to-One Meeting if you register and pay fees before 25th November.

Registration Process

（1） Fill  in the GZDOC 2018 Registration Form on GZDOC official website and submit online.(choose " Festival Delegate " according to your identity).

（2）You will receive the confirmation e-mail sent by the system.

 Buyer 

You can obtain a BUYER PASS, if you are seeking joint production or copyright transaction (including documentary films and project procurement, fund raising, etc.) in GZDOC, and one of the following: 

·Head of documentary film foundations and film associations, etc.

·Head of distribution companies, film and television production companies, film festivals, agencies, etc.

·Head of public or private TV, cable TV, satellite TV and new media platforms, including President or Director of the TV stations, Channel Directors etc.,

·Head of Acquisition Department, decision makers or commissioners of Documentary/ co-production departments.

Registration Process

（1）Fill in the "GZDOC 2018 Registration Form" online, and click "Submit" (choose "Buyer" according to your identity).

（2）You will receive the confirmation e-mail from our system.

 Exhibitor 

You can obtain an Exhibitor PASS if you have successfully applied for a booth in GZDOC 2018 and from one of the following organizations:

·television and other documentary production, distribution and broadcasting institutions

·related documentary film associations

·professional video equipment manufacturers

·other related institutions

Privileges

（1）Having the right to participate in GZDOC 2018 activities. (see Privileges Summary) You will be invited to the banquet, awards ceremony and the luncheon party.

（2）The profile of your company will be included in the GZDOC 2018 Festival Catalogue.

（3）Your contact information will be included in the GZDOC 2018 Festival Catalogue if you register before 11th November.

（4）Each standard booth has two free accreditations. Each special-designed booth has four free accreditations. Other participants enjoy a 15%-off discount.

Registration Process

（1）Fill in the GZDOC 2018 Registration Form and submit it online. (choose " Exhibitor" according to your identity and fill in your booth number)

（2）You will receive the confirmation e-mail from sent by the system. 

Notice: Activities like Welcome Reception and Luncheon are invited-only activities for different organizations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

 Vouchers 

Registration Code

Registration code is the voucher for discounts. The system will automatically adjust the price after your input. If you don’t have a registration code, please choose the corresponding price according to the time of registration.

(Attention: You can register with 15% discount if you register and pay the fee before 11th November. For your convenience, the website will show the price according to the time. You don’t need to input the registration code again. )

 Payment 

Registration Fee

（1）The registration fee is RMB 2,500 per person in total. Registers enjoy 15% discount (RMB 2,125 per person) before 11th November.

（2）The registration fee includes the pass to participate GZDOC 2018 only. Costs for food, transportation and accommodation are excluded.   

 Important reminder: For those who have paid the fees but unable to attend eventually, we will only return 90% of the fees we received. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Payment Process

1.Online Payment
Online payment supports China Union. Please follow the guide.

2.On-site Payment

3.Bank Payment
If you choose to transfer by banks, please add notes: fee-name of organization-name of participants. Please you’re your payment voucher for reconciliation.

Invoice

1.Types:   We only offer VAT special invoice and VAT invoice.

2. Billing for:   Festival and Exhibition Service Charge

3. How to get the invoice: You can pick up the invoice at the registration desk during the Festival, or by post.

Please fill out Enclosure 3: Template of Invoice, so that you can get the invoice ASAP. And send the form with necessary materials to office@gzdoc.cn and beneficiary of the invoice "Information of Invoice – Name of Organization-Name". 

 Hotel Reservation Guide 

1.Hotel Information: GZDOC committee will offer a discounted hotel price for participants. Participants shall be responsible for their own accommodation booking and the expenses.
